What version of Tracker Suite are you using?

The latest version of Tracker Suite is v.3.0951 and you can check your version by clicking on Help > About.



You can update your Tracker Suite using three different methods:
  • Call Tracker tech support at 800-543-8085 and ask for a new CD. This is the easiest way to update because you get a new CD with all the software you will need.
  • Download the update patch from the Tracker website. Go to www.trackeronline.com and click on Downloads > Updates. Save the TRWPATCH.EXE to your Windows Desktop and double-click to install.
  • Use the Tracker update utility by clicking on Interface > Update Program. After you start the download you must close Tracker until it's done updating.

If you decide to update, here are a few things you need to know:
You must update every computer on your network that uses Tracker.

  • Always make a backup before updating.
  • If you choose to update over the Internet, a 56k dial-up connection may take up to an hour to download.
  • Always call tech support at 800-543-8085 if you have any questions.


  • Technical Support hours: Monday-Friday 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time and Saturday 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time.

  • 3.095 Tracker CD's are available on request. Please call 800-543-8085 and allow 10 business days for delivery.

  • For paper products such as window stickers, coupons, receipts, etc... please call Pickett Printing at (407) 298-1380.
