Great Time Saver - Vehicle Download

Did you know that if you purchased vehicles from any Manheim auction that you could download purchased vehicle information directly into the Tracker program? This is a fantastic way to expedite data entry into the Tracker program.

You must first have an MOL account and be registered to use the service. Please call technical support at (800) 543-8085. You also must be on Tracker Suite version 3.095 or higher and Internet Explorer 6.0.

To access Manheim Dealer Tools, log onto http://dealertools.manheim.com. Then take the following steps for downloading your vehicles into Tracker:
  1. Log onto Manheim Dealer Tools using your MOL username and password.
  2. Click on Auction Services and then click on Vehicle Download
  3. Enter the date range of purchases that you have made through Manheim.
  4. Click the View Purchased Vehicles button to begin your search.
    The next screen displays a list of all vehicles that were returned based on the date range selected.
  5. Use the drop-down buttons to select the Company, Lot and Vendor.
  6. Select the vehicle(s) to download by clicking the checkbox for each corresponding vehicle. You may also click the checkbox below Choose Vendor to select/de-select all vehicles.
  7. Once you have selected the vehicles you wish to download into Tracker, click the Download Vehicles Now button.
  8. The vehicles have now been downloaded into your Tracker program.

  1. Go to www.trackeronline.com
  2. Select the Support link.
  3. Select Manuals from the top bar.
  4. Under Dealer Tools Training Guide, click on the link for downloading and printing.
