We have had great success and feedback about Manheim Dealer Tools. This newsletter provides follow-up information to help dealers with this new tool.
To access Manheim Dealer Tools, log onto the following website address: http://dealertools.manheim.com. The features available today on Manheim Dealer Tools are:
- Auction Services - Allows you to download vehicles that you've purchased at auctions directly into your Tracker inventory.
- Title Insurance - Allows dealers to purchase title insurance directly in Manheim Dealer Tools. Call TitleGuard at 1-866-819-3100 to get signed up for this service.
- Admin - Allows you to set up and edit your profiles for each of the available Manheim Dealer Tools services.
You must have MyAccount access in order to utilize Manheim Dealer Tools. If you haven't registered for MOL access yet, you can do so by going to www.manheim.com and following the registration process, or by calling MOL customer service at 800-377-4343.
System Requirements:
- Tracker version 3.094 or newer
- Internet Explorer, Version 6.0
- Adobe Acrobat Reader
- On the main menu on Internet Explorer, select Help and then select About Internet Explorer from the drop down list. The information box will display your version number.
- If you do not have Version 6.0 or greater installed on your PC, select Tools from the menu and then select Windows Update. Follow the instructions provided by Microsoft to update your browser.
There is a training guide available for download. Go to www.trackeronline.com then select the Support link. Then select Manuals from the top bar. At this time, you will see the Dealer Tools Training Guide. Click on the link for downloading and printing.
