Great Time Saver - Vehicle Download
Did you know that if you purchased vehicles from any Manheim auction, you can download purchased vehicle information directly into the Tracker program? This is a fantastic way to expedite data entry into the Tracker program.
You must first have an MOL account and be registered to use the service. Please call technical support at (800) 543-8085. You also must be on Tracker Suite version 3.095 or higher and Internet Explorer 6.0.
To access Manheim Dealer Tools, log onto the following website address: http://dealertools.manheim.com. Below are the steps for downloading vehicles into Tracker:
- Log onto Manheim Dealer Tools using your MOL username and password.
- Click Auction Services
- Click Vehicle Download
- Enter the date range of purchases you have made through Manheim Auctions.
- Click the View Purchased Vehicles button to begin your search.
- The next screen displays a list of all vehicles that were returned based on the date range selected.
- Use the drop-down buttons to select the Company, Lot and Vendor.
- Select the vehicle(s) to download by clicking the checkbox for each corresponding vehicle. You may also click the checkbox below Choose Vendor to select/de-select all vehicles.
- Once you have selected the vehicles you wish to download into Tracker, click the Download Vehicles Now button.
- The vehicles have now been downloaded into your Tracker program.
There is a training guide available for download. Go to www.trackeronline.com then select the Support link. Then select Manuals from the top bar. At this time, you will see the Dealer Tools Training Guide. Click on the link for downloading and printing.
