Forms and Peachtree Accounting Information

Tracker Suite Generic Forms are Available
Tracker Suite version 3.096 includes generic forms - such as bills of sale and security agreements - for you to use as reference materials. While the generic forms are not intended for business use, they're great for demonstrations and tutorials.

To make sure that you're using documents that are up-to-date and meet all applicable legal requirements, though, you should consult resources such as those provided by NIADA or talk with legal counsel.

Peachtree Accounting Users
Peachtree (now Best Software) has just released Peachtree Complete Accounting 2004. Tracker users who are going to start using our Peachtree Interface for the first time will have to purchase this version, since most retailers will be pulling the previous version off the shelves. Current Peachtree users who use the product to do payroll will most likely be required by Peachtree to upgrade to the newest version before installing the next payroll tax table upgrade.

You will be happy to learn that we have tested the most recent release of Tracker Suite (version 3.096) with Peachtree Complete 2004, and have discovered no differences in the functionality of the interface between Peachtree 2004 and 2003. There should be no problem with upgrading your Peachtree software to their latest version.

If you are going to begin using the Interface for the first time, here are some tips to get you started:
  1. Call tech support and ask the technician to fax you the check list which gives you instructions for how to prepare for your interface setup.
  2. If you will be installing Peachtree on a network, also ask the technician to fax you the document on running Tracker and Peachtree on a network. Follow those instructions when installing Peachtree on the workstation(s).
