Change of Address It's important to have the correct name, address, and phone number for both you and your customers. Here are the various ways you can update your contact information in Tracker. For your dealership: Setup > Setup Options > Setup Name/Address - This is the main address for your company. Keep in mind that each company you setup in Tracker has its own address information. Setup > Setup Options > Setup Lot Information - Each lot in Tracker can have its own address information. By default, Tracker uses the Company Address, but you can set it to use the Lot Address - click on Setup > Setup Options > General tab. For your customers: Sales Screen > Client tab - This tab contains all personal information about your customer…contact numbers, employment, personal references, previous addresses, credit information, etc. Notes > Address button - This pop-up screen is used mostly as a quick reference for Notes and Collections. One useful feature allows you to automatically fill out the Previous Address tab with the click of a button. Keep in mind that any changes made on this screen will carry over to the main address information on the Client tab. Collections > Address button - This is the same pop-up screen from Notes. Payments > Address button - This is the same pop-up screen from Notes. And speaking of changing addresses... The Tracker Tech Support e-mail address has changed to support@trackeronline.com.
