Manheim Dealer Tools is a new product which offers a variety of online services to work in conjunction with Tracker Version 3.094 and above. These services include:
| Auction Services | Allows you to download vehicles that you've purchased at auctions directly into your Tracker inventory. |
|
| Title Insurance | Allows dealers to purchase title insurance directly in Manheim Dealer Tools. |
|
| Admin | Allows you to set up and edit your profiles for each of the available Manheim Dealer Tools services. |
At this time, you must have MyAccount access in order to utilize Manheim Dealer Tools. If you haven't registered for MOL access yet, you can do so by going to www.manheim.com and following the registration process, or by calling 800-377-4343.
To access Manheim Dealer Tools, log onto the following website address: http://dealertools.manheim.com
Downloading Auction Purchases:
- The first step in downloading purchased vehicle information is to specify a date range of purchases that you have made through Manheim Auctions.
- A list of the vehicles purchased within your date range will be displayed.
- The next step is to select your company, lot number, and vendor. This information is required to determine how your vehicle record will be stored within Tracker.
- Click the checkbox(es) for the corresponding vehicle(s) you wish to download into Tracker. Then click the "Download Vehicles Now" button.
- The vehicles are now in your Tracker inventory!
- Our first service provider for Title Insurance is TitleGuard.
- TitleGuard is a two-part product:
- A detailed vehicle history summary (show customers what the DMV and others say about a vehicle's past)
- A $50,000 insurance policy against unreported title information, third-party title claims, and "hidden" liens
- Call TitleGuard at 1-866-819-3100 to get signed up for this service.
Future enhancements to Manheim Dealer Tools includes Pre-registering Vehicles at a Manheim Auction, View/Print Block Summary, and Guardian Warranty.
