How to Change a Vehicle Number
Select Change Vehicle # from the Utility menu to change an active or inactive vehicle stock number. This option is used to change individual stock numbers that have already been entered into the Tracker system. The program will change all the necessary files, including payment history, to the new account number. Don't worry about duplicating stock numbers, Tracker will not allow you to enter duplicate stock or account numbers. Do not re-use stock numbers.
TE: All screen options must be closed to change a stock number.
How to Print the Washout Report
Select Print Washout Report from the Options menu to print a washout report on an account. To do this make sure the account you want to print a report for is active and select Print Washout Report. The Washout Report groups the Cost, Price, and Profit for each item (i.e. GAP product), unlike the Washout Screen that groups the Costs or Prices or Profits for all items together. If you have selected a finance company for this deal, it will appear on this report.
NOTE: The Options menu is only visible when Edit Sales is selected.
