Initial Field Defaults
Have you been entering the same number in a field every sale? Save Initial Field Defaults is a shortcut.
The Save Initial Field Defaults option from the defaults menu allows you to enter data into a field that you want displayed in every deal. For example, if you charge a set pre-delivery fee you can enter that amount in the pre-delivery field and then select Save Initial Field Defaults. Each time an account is added the amount will show up in the pre-delivery field.
Note: This option is only visible when the Edit Sales option is selected.
How To:
- Advance to the Edit Sales option.
- Click the Add button.
- Enter the appropriate amounts in the desired fields.
- Click Defaults from the Main menu.
- Click Save Initial Field Defaults.
- Confirm.
- Click Save.
