Collections Overview The first time you start the collection process you will need to assign a call back date to each account. An easy way to enter the collections module from the main screen of Tracker is to press the F3 key. You will need to start with the "Past Due Accounts" option selected. This is because no accounts will have call back dates and you will want all accounts that are past due to be displayed. The choices you make on the "Setup Call List Options" screen will determine what accounts are displayed on this screen. You can see accounts by 3 major categories, Past Due, Call Back Date, and Promise to Pay Date. You can filter the accounts by amounts and dates, and you can sort accounts in the list by call back date, promise date, action code, activity code, amount, account number, by buyer, and even by agent name. When all of your options are selected pressing the "Activate Options" button will retrieve and sort records based on the settings entered into the "Setup Call List Options", then automatically display the accounts in order on the "Call List Page". From there you will be able to work your way through the list. If you need any help please call Tech Support at 800-543-8085. |
