AutoTrader.com Upload Enhancements for Version 3.094
A new feature in Tracker version 3.094 is the ability to upload Vehicle Options instead of utilizing the Notes field. The Notes field has a 60-character limit on information, and the Vehicle Options has a 250-character limit on information. You can select to send the Vehicle Options from the AutoTrader.com upload screen.
For the Vehicle Options, if you use the PW, PB, and PS for information (i.e. power windows, power breaks and power steering) you should be able to include significantly more information about your inventory. To edit the pre-existing Vehicle Options go to Inventory, and select the Options Tab, and then select the Change Options button. Under the [OPTIONS] section you can edit all the option descriptions. When you are finished click File and Save. Click File and Exit, and you are back in Tracker. See below for an example of the Options Fields:

If you edit your inventory from the Autotrader.com website, you will lose the ability to control this vehicle from Tracker. When you resend your vehicle to AutoTrader.com, if you have made changes on AutoTrader.com's site, Tracker will overwrite any changes you made via their website.
