Dear Tracker Customer: As chief operating officer of Manheim's technology businesses, I want to confirm our commitment to you - our Tracker customer - and our Tracker product. Over the years, we've invested a lot in Tracker, and we will continue to do so: committing resources to service, support and development. We recently have taken a number of steps to ensure that you receive the highest quality customer service. We currently have a team of 20 technical support representatives (TSRs) located across the country. These TSRs are well versed in the Tracker product and all its ancillary products. They serve defined market areas. Should you encounter any concerns or have any questions regarding Tracker, please call (800)543-8085 to be put in touch with your local TSR. We also have 20 exceptional telephone service people waiting for your call at (800)543-8085. In addition, we are listening to you. Customer feedback is essential to enhancing the Tracker product. And that's where we are today. We're in the process of developing additional features for Tracker,features that not only will help you move vehicles off your lots more quickly, but also make it easier for you to do business at Manheim auctions.
