Have you ever needed an overview of your customer's payment activity? There are three reports in Tracker that, when combined, will give you everything you need.

  1. Payment History Report
    (Click on the Sales pull-down menu and select Payment History Report)

    This report contains a simple breakdown of the deal and all account activity for that customer including regular payments, late fees, and deleted or NSF payments.

  2. Amortization Schedule
    (Click on Reports > AR Report Menu > Amortization Schedule)

    If a customer were to make every payment for the exact amount and on the same day every time - this is how their payment history would look. This report is used just as a reference when comparing the Payment History and Analysis reports.

  3. Payment Analysis Report
    (Click on Reports > Income Report Menu > Payment Analysis Report)

    This report is a partial combination of the Payment History and Amortization Schedule. It allows you to compare between what your customer is scheduled to pay and what they actually did pay.
