How to add costs to a sold vehicle Have you ever sold a car and later had to go back and add repair costs to it? That is going to change your profit on the deal, so here is how to make sure you show the correct profit on your reports. 1. Open Add/Edit Inventory and make sure you are sorting by STOCK_ALL, so you can see all of your sold and unsold vehicles. Find the vehicle, add the cost, and save it. 2. Open Add/Edit Sales and make sure you are sorting by ACCT_ALL, so you can see all your deals. Find the deal where you sold the vehicle. Click on the Edit button and then click on the Save button. Clicking on Edit and Save refreshes the deal and updates the vehicle cost on the Washout tab. How to print a credit application You can print a credit application from the Sales screen in Tracker. Add a new deal in Tracker, fill out the sales information, and click on Options. Print Credit Application. Tracker fills in the correct information and prints it out on a single page. |
