The Sales Toolbox contains four tools for your convenience.

 | This tool will force a recalculation of values on the screen. Some Fields, when changed, will only cause a recalculation of all other effected fields when the record is saved. Clicking this button forces the recalculation and you can see the updated values before you click the save button. |
 | Use this tool to change the defaults on active deal. This is a shortcut to Edit Deal Defaults from the defaults menu. |
 | Use this tool to adjust the amount paid to principal and interest. |
 | Use this tool to change the status of an account. This is a shortcut to Update Status Code from the Options menu. A= Active, P= Paid out, Q= Quote, X= Repossessed, Y= Repossessing, and C= Write Off |
