SInce we are at the beginning of a new year, there are some important issues that are worthy of readdressing:
  • Backup - Backing up your data is crucial! To use Tracker's backup, click on the utility menu and then click on backup/restore. Make sure that you have a floppy disk in the drive. This operation also requires ALL users to be out of the Tracker Suite program.
  • Upgrade to latest version 3.093 - The latest version incorporates all the most recent tax changes and state required forms. Most states have had a tax law change in the last two years.
  • Conversion of Data - The primary fear of upgrading the latest version is the conversion of data. We will convert your data free of charge!


  • Technical Support hours: Monday-Friday 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time and Saturday 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time.

  • 3.093 Tracker CD's are available on request. Please call 800-543-8085 and allow 10 business days for delivery.

  • For paper products such as window stickers, coupons, receipts, etc... please call Pickett Printing at (407) 298-1380.

  • If you have submitted a refund request via e-mail or telephone message, please be assured that we are processing all requests. The refund will be in the form of a check or credit for credit card orders and will be issued within 30-60 days as of the date of the request.
