Tracker Status Update:
Software:
Your software is still being supported, but we recommend that you update to the latest version soon. The monthly software license checks (registration) will stop only on the latest version, 3.092 or higher. You still need to access the Internet to get updates, change features of the software, and access the ancillary products.

New Versions of the software:
We will soon be releasing the next version of the software, v3.093. It is a maintenance release only.

- Technical Support hours: Monday-Friday 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time and Saturday 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time.
- All Tracker dealers are eligible to receive a free six-month subscription to MOL. Please contact the MOL customer service group at (800) 377-4343 for more details.
- 3.092 Tracker CD's are available on request. Please call 800-543-8085 and allow 10 business days for delivery.
- For paper products such as window stickers, coupons, receipts, etc... please call Pickett Printing at (407) 298-1380.
Pickett is having a Sept. sale - Buy five boxes of coupons, receipts or window stickers and get one box of window stickers free.

- If you have submitted a refund request via e-mail or telephone message, please be assured that we are processing all requests. The refund will be in the form of a check or credit for credit card orders and will be issued within 30-60 days as of the date of the request.
