Steps to Report Credit with Cibersoft

If you have never reported before, you must register Tracker and select the Credit Reporting with Cibersoft option box.

You have to set up your accounts with the credit bureaus to which you wish to report information. Once you have received the accounts, you will need to fill out the Cibersoft applications.

Once the Cibersoft applications are completed please, fax them to Belinda Shiver at (407) 215-1756. It takes us 7-10 business days to get the information entered, and at that time you will receive a confirmation call from Tracker.

Once you have the confirmation, send the credit data to us prior to the 5th of the month. To get data reported requires consistent reporting. You cannot skip the process in any month.

The credit information will show on the accounts as follows:
- For the first upload to Cibersoft: 30-60 days after it was sent to the bureaus.
- Subsequent postings to Cibersoft: 10-14 business days.

- Technical Support hours: Monday-Friday 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time and Saturday 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time.
- All Tracker dealers are eligible to receive a free six-month subscription to MOL. Please contact the MOL customer service group at (800) 377-4343 for more details.
- 3.092 Tracker CD's are available on request. Please call 800-543-8085 and allow 10 business days for delivery.
- For paper products such as window stickers, coupons, receipts, etc... please call Pickett Printing at (407) 298-1380.
Pickett is having a Sept. sale - Buy five boxes of coupons, receipts or window stickers and get one box of window stickers free.
- The Tracker forms are not being handled directly by Tracker. Please call customer support at (800) 543-8085 for details on companies providing this service.

- If you have submitted a refund request via e-mail or telephone message, please be assured that we are processing all requests. The refund will be in the form of a check or credit for credit card orders and will be issued within 30-60 days as of the date of the request.
