Where to go when you need help?

There are many ways to get help on the Tracker Suite:
- In the main drop down menu click on Help, then Help topics. This will give you a help window where you can sort through the help topics, search the index, or find a topic by a keyword search.
- On any screen you can press the F1 Key and bring up context sensitive help. An example would be if you are in the sales screen, and you wanted to know what the box for pre-delivery was used for. You would click on the pre-delivery box in the window and then press the F1 key.
- You can access the numerous hours of training videos. With the CD in the CD-Rom Drive, click on the training icon in the upper right of the main screen. You will need a multimedia PC for this to work.
- Check http://www.trackeronline.com 's message board or FAQ's sections. The message board houses a lot of valuable information about the product, and is also an avenue to send us questions.

- Manheim Tracker now offers downloadable manuals for its products. We currently offer three: BookKeeper Basic Training, Tracker Suite Setup Guide and Peachtree Interface Tutorial. For downloads, please go to the www.trackeronline.com site, click on "Support", then click on "Manuals". Look for new enhancements and manuals in this section soon.

- Tracker Training Schedule for August and September:
- If you have submitted a refund request via e-mail or telephone message, please be assured that we are processing all requests. The refund will be in the form of a check or credit for credit card orders and will be issued within 30-60 days as of the date of the request.
