Q. How do I update my NADA/Black Book/MMR:
A. Connect to the Internet ahead of time. Once online, go into Tracker and then go into Inventory...to the right there is a button that says Books (this button will only be there if you have already registered for one of the books). Click on that button, and then go up to the top left where it says “File.” Drop down to “Update Wholesale Book Data.” Make sure “Internet Connection through local area network (LAN) is checked.” Click on the book that you want to update, and then click on OK. It will run through the download process. Once the download is complete, you will have the newest updated information.
Q. How do I access the training videos?
A. Have the CD in the CD-ROM drive all ready, then, up near the X in the top right hand corner, you will see the word “Training.” Click it and the videos should automatically initialize.

For downloads, please go to the www.trackeronline.com site, click on "Support", then click on "Manuals". Look for new enhancements and manuals in this section soon.
