On Tracker is a weekly newsletter about being on Tracker.
Helpful Tips on Tracker:    How to Update Tracker Suite 3.092 Millennium Edition. Tracker subscribers must update to 3.092 in order to stop the re-registration of the software and to maintain the software for free.

For all versions of Tracker greater than 3.02:
  • Connect to the Internet.
  • Click on Interface, Update Program. The software will check the web for the latest version.
  • If a newer version exists, Tracker will download the latest version.
  • Tracker will shut down and install the patch.
  • If you are running a network, you need to run the patch on all workstations. The patch file can be run across the network. The file is TRWPATCH.EXE. and is located in the C:\PROGRAM FILES\TRK directory.

For all versions, including DOS, prior to Tracker 3.02 call
  • Tech Support 800-543-8085
  • For DOS users, it is highly recommended that you call Tech Support prior to any conversions
  • Don't forget to backup your data!


  • We will continue to provide technical and customer service - including technical support and necessary "fixes" - until at least July 2003.
  • Technical Support hours: Monday-Friday 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time and Saturday 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time.
  • Our policy is that no new users will be accepted into the Tracker system at this time.
  • Your ideas on how to resolve some issues within Tracker and ways we can incorporate what is best about the system in the future are welcome.
  • Manheim Tracker now offers downloadable manuals for its products. We currently offer three: BookKeeper Basic Training, Tracker Suite Setup Guide and Peachtree Interface Tutorial. For downloads, please go to the www.trackeronline.com site, click on "Support", then click on "Manuals".
  • 3.092 Tracker CD's are available on request. Please call 800-543-8085 and allow 10 business days for delivery.
