Why are you not upgrading?

Fear of the Internet: The Internet is one of the most effective forums for getting information to customers. Tracker uses the highest form of encryption to protect confidential information.

Need Internet Access: Version 3.x Ancillary products use the Internet to send/receive information. We provide AOL ISP software that includes 700 hours of free service. This should be more than adequate to use our software. Mandatory monthly registration and daily checks for software updates are no longer required and have been removed.

Tax law changes / DMV forms: The latest version incorporates all the latest tax changes and state required forms. Most states have had tax law change in the last two years. If you are not on the latest version you may not be in compliance with state and federal regulations.

Access to the Ancillary products: Older version did not have the ability to pull and report credit, access to all the book files (Kelley, Black, NADA, MMR), Integration with Autotrader.com.

Afraid of Converting the data: We will be glad to help you install the new software. We will also convert your data (free of charge).

Afraid of what changed in the software: Tracker ships with a what's new file. This file contains all the changes version by version. You can easily read this file and know what was affected in the software. This information is also available for the latest release on our web site www.trackeronline.com.

  • Tracker subscribers can get MOL for free through Dec 31, 2001. Please contact the MOL customer service group at (800) 377-4343 for more details.

  • 3.093 Tracker CD's are available on request. Please call 800-543-8085 and allow 10 business days for delivery.

  • For paper products such as window stickers, coupons, receipts, etc... please call Pickett Printing at (407) 298-1380.
