Forms Frequently Asked Questions
Q: I just installed the program... Why don't I have any forms? A: The current standard forms for your state are installed with Tracker, based upon the state (or states) you highlighted when you ran the setup program. Once Tracker is installed, go into Add/Edit Sales. Select the Forms menu from the menu bar, go to Add/Edit Forms, and hit the "Scan" button. Now the forms will appear in the Forms menu. Q: I just updated to Tracker Plus v2.8x from an earlier version... Where are my forms? A: Versions prior to 2.8x used .rpt as the extension for form files. Versions 2.8x and later will use .frm extensions. If using the Tracker Conversion Utility does not change the form extensions, it will be necessary to manually copy the form files from .rpt to .frm through Windows. Feel free to call Tracker Plus technical support for assistance with this procedure (800-543-8085). Q: I just updated to v2.8x... Why don't my Form Packs print? A: This problem is related to the change from .rpt to .frm extensions. In most cases, the Conversion Utility will automatically update the Form Packs. However, in rare cases you will need to do it manually. Once the form files have been changed to .frm, it may be necessary to redo your Form Packs with the new file names.
